At Vancouver Pro-DJ Service we offer optional Master of Ceremony services, and a wide variety of packages to fit your needs and budget.
Wedding Ceremony: Ceremony music ranges from $150 on-site for 1.5 hours to $300 for local remote sites for 1.5 hours, depending upon your location and requirements. We supply a small portable sound system, microphone and custom music for your ceremony. We walk you through all of the Processional and Recessional aspects of your ceremony and leave nothing to chance...we even backup your ceremony music!
DJ Packages:
We have a "Four Hour DJ Package", our “Five Hour DJ Package”, our “Six Hour DJ Package” and our “Seven Hour DJ Package”. This will accommodate up to 250 people. Additional hours available.
Our "Full Day DJ Package" offers a full day of music from 2 pm to 1 am (times can be adjusted if needed) for our clients. With this comes ceremony music, separate ceremony system, use of a cordless microphone, cocktail music, dinner music and dance music along with unlimited consultations and unlimited email correspondence with our staff. As always, you can be assured that you'll have a professional disc jockey at your event, guaranteed. Special attention will be paid to ensure that proper sound is set-up for your particular venue up to 500 people. The price for this package is $1200 in the Metro Vancouver area.Call for quotes in other areas of BC.
DJ Packages include: two professional speakers on stands, 400 powered bass sub, 1200 watt powered mixing board, two professional DJ cd players and/or two laptops & external 500GB drives with approximately 100,000 hit songs available (with instant search), dance floor lighting, wireless or wired microphone for announcements and unlimited free consultations to help with the flow of the event, music selections and requests.
Karaoke DJ Packages:
We have our “Four Hour Karaoke/DJ Package”, our “Five Hour Karaoke/DJ Package”, our “Six Hour Karaoke/DJ Package” and our “Seven Hour Karaoke/DJ Package” available. This will accommodate up to 250 people. Additional hours available.
Karaoke/DJ Packages include: a pair of powerful professional speakers on stands, 400 powered bass sub, 8-12 channel 1200 watt powered mixing board, two professional cd players and/or two laptops & external 500GB drives with approximately 100,000 hit dance songs & 50,000 karaoke songs available (with instant search), karaoke song books, karaoke request slips, 2-4 microphones, two lcd monitors, excellent dance floor lighting and unlimited free consultations to help with the flow of the event, music selections and requests.
Video DJ Packages:
We offer our “Four Hour Video DJ Package”, our “Five Hour Video DJ Package”, our “Six Hour Video DJ Package” and our “Seven Hour Video DJ Package”. Package includes one video projector and 6ft by 6ft screen. To add an additional screen and projector, please ask us in your rate quote.This will accommodate up to 250 people.
Video DJ Packages include: two professional speakers on stands, 400 powered bass sub, 8-12 channel 1200 watt powered mixing board, two laptops & external 750GB drives with approximately 100,000 hit dance songs & 20,000 videos hits available (with instant search), one 6ft by 6ft screen and video projector, dance floor lighting, wired or wireless microphone for announcements and unlimited free consultations to help with the flow of the event, music selections and requests.
Optional additional lighting and sound are supplied, if necessary, depending on what you need for your location. Cost depends on what your budget requirements are. Let us know your music budget and we'll give you all the options available to you.
We do require a deposit of $200 to book your function with us. Your balance is due on the day of your event, before it begins. Please see our "Terms Page" for obligations and restrictions of refunds.
Our rates are for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley out to Chilliwack, but we do cover Whistler, Harrison Hot Springs, Minter Gardens, Hope, Victoria, Nanaimo and the Okanagan.
